Frank Mento, P.E. Since joining Clough Harbour & Associates LLP (CHA) in 1991, Mr. Mento has risen through the ranks to hold primary responsibility for all Business Development and Project Delivery efforts inside the firm’s NY region. His area of responsibility includes CHA offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Goshen. Teaming with over 100 professionals across five divisions of the firm’s business practice, Mr. Mento plays a key role in strategic planning, marketing, project management, corporate partnering and client development. Prior to this, he led the growth of CHA’s Syracuse Office from its infancy into a multi-million dollar provider of technical services. Upon graduating from the University of Buffalo with a BS in civil engineering, Mr. Mento began his professional career at the New York State Department of Transportation where he held management positions in the Design and Construction Bureaus. He earned professional engineer licenses in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, and completed an MBA from Chapman University in 1995. As a student of leadership, Mr. Mento is active in several community-related boards and enterprises, such as the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce; Multiple Sclerosis Resources of Central New York; Leadership Greater Syracuse (Past Chairman of the Board); and the Erie Canal Museum Board of Directors. He is often a guest lecturer and presenter at conferences and community events throughout the region. Mr. Mento is a life-long resident of New York and was raised in East Syracuse. The Mento family makes its home in Liverpool.
