J. Andrew Breuer is a Construction Manager for Hueber-Breuer Construction
Company. He is the sixth generation of the company, which originated in
1880. Mr. Breuer graduated from Emory University in 2000 and remained in
Atlanta for two years as a real estate developer for NorthPoint Real Estate
Group before returning to Syracuse in early 2002. His recent projects include
the Franklin Center renovation in Franklin Square, the new Whitman School
of Management at Syracuse University, and the new addition and renovations
to Anaren Microwave. Since returning to Syracuse, Mr. Breuer has been involved
in the 40 Below initiative and spearheaded the creation of a non-profit
called Adapt CNY. He currently serves on the boards of the Greater Syracuse
Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Greater Syracuse, and Loretto’s Health & Rehabilitation
Center. Andy’s hobbies include skiing, water sports, hockey, golf,
and travel. He currently resides in Armory Square where he has no pets,
no lawnmower, and no shovel.
