Jeremy
Schwimmer currently serves as Managing Partner of Schwimmer Investment Partners,
a middle-market focused private equity firm. He has more than ten years
of business development and complex financial and legal transaction experience.
Mr. Schwimmer also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Thermold
Corporation, a specialty plastics manufacturer and Schwimmer Investment
Partners portfolio company. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Schwimmer served on the
Board of Directors of Roth Steel Corporation, a privately held metal recycling
business based in Syracuse, New York. Mr. Schwimmer orchestrated a significant
corporate turnaround, guiding the company’s nearly 600% growth during
his tenure. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Schwimmer held executive positions in
Oppenheimer & Company’s corporate finance group where he focused
on restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of
capital market financings.
In addition, Mr. Schwimmer currently serves on the Board of Directors for Syracuse Stage, a professional theater company. He also serves as a Trustee for the Peddler Foundation and is a Board Member for the Georgetown Alumni Club of Central New York. Mr. Schwimmer is a graduate of Georgetown University, holding a dual degree in Accounting and Finance.
