Richard T. Ranucci

Mr. Ranucci, CPA, CVA has been a partner with Port & Company, Certified Public Accountants in Syracuse since 1990. His professional experience includes accounting, auditing and tax compliance matters; representation of taxpayers before the IRS; preparation of valuations of closely-held businesses for the purposes of mergers, acquisitions and sales estate and gift taxes, income tax litigation, matrimonial actions and other litigation matters; prepared calculations of the enhanced earning capabilities for matrimonial actions and prepared calculations of loss of income for purposes of proving economic damages in civil litigation.

Mr. Ranucci holds a BS in business administration (accounting major) from Le Moyne College. He received his certification in public accounting in 1983 and holds certification as a valuation analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the NYS Society of Certified Public Accounts; National Association of Practicing Certified Public Accountants; and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
